BINGERAMPAGE

Copyright, Fair Use & Takedowns

Last updated: July 2026

BingeRampage is an independent fan-run editorial site. We publish commentary, criticism, analysis, rankings, and news reporting about film and television. This page explains how we use third-party material and how rights holders can reach us.

Editorial use & fair use

Our articles reference film and television works by name and include limited images and short excerpts for the purpose of commentary, criticism, illustration, and news reporting. We believe this use is protected as fair use under 17 U.S.C. § 107. We use only what is reasonably necessary to identify and discuss the works, we do not host full episodes, films, scripts, or leaked/pre-release material, and our coverage is transformative editorial commentary rather than a substitute for the original works.

Trademarks & imagery

All franchise names, logos, characters, posters, and promotional imagery are the property of their respective owners. Promotional and key-art images are used for editorial identification and news commentary about the works they depict. Certain franchise key-art is retrieved via the TMDB API.

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

No affiliation

BingeRampage is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or sponsored by any studio, network, distributor, or rights holder. All trademarks and copyrights remain those of their respective owners.
