Editorial Standards and Corrections

Binge Rampage covers film and television for people who watch franchises rather than individual episodes. We publish news, reviews, trailer breakdowns and chronological binge guides, and we maintain interactive timeline apps that map every entry in a franchise in watch order. This page sets out how we do that work and how to tell us when we get it wrong.

How We Source Our Reporting

Where a story originates with a studio, a network or a streamer, we work from the primary source: the official announcement, the trailer as released, the press kit, the filing. Where we rely on another outlet’s reporting, we say so and we name them. We cross-check a claim against a second outlet before stating it as fact, and where only one outlet has reported something, we attribute it rather than asserting it.

We do not report release dates, casting or plot details that no source has confirmed. Where coverage elsewhere has inferred something from a filming schedule or a piece of marketing, we identify it as an inference. Where a detail is genuinely unknown, we say it is unknown rather than filling the gap.

Reviews of premieres and finales are written after the episode has aired and are based on the episode itself or on published scene-by-scene recaps, which we cross-check. When a full season drops at once and no recaps exist yet, we say plainly at the top of the piece that the review is mostly spoiler-free and is a judgment of tone and craft rather than a walkthrough of the plot.

Images

Article images are official press stills, studio press-kit material, official key art and posters, used editorially. We do not use fan edits, fan art, AI-generated images or watermarked stock in place of real production photography. Where an image is a promotional asset rather than a scene from the production being discussed, we do not present it as the latter.

Corrections

We correct factual errors. If a published article contains a wrong name, date, figure, credit, attribution or plot detail, we fix it, and where the error was significant we add a note at the foot of the article recording what was changed and when. We do not quietly rewrite a piece to make an error disappear.

We distinguish between a correction and an update. A correction means we published something that was wrong at the time. An update means the story itself has moved, a date has been announced, a role recast, a series renewed, and the article has been extended to reflect it. Updates are noted as updates and are not presented as corrections, and vice versa.

Headlines are held to the same standard as the copy beneath them. If a headline overstates what an article actually establishes, that is a correctable error even where the body of the piece is accurate.

How To Request A Correction

Email info@bingerampage.com with the article’s link, the specific passage you believe is wrong, and, where you have one, a source. We read every correction request. We will tell you what we found either way, including when we conclude the article was right. Requests to remove accurate reporting are not corrections and are handled separately.

If you represent a studio, network, streamer or publicist and need to flag an embargo issue or a factual problem, use scoops@bingerampage.com and we will prioritize it.

Independence

No advertiser, studio or partner has any say over our editorial judgment, and coverage is never offered in exchange for access, screeners or promotional material. Where we receive a screener, press access or review material ahead of release, that is standard press practice and does not oblige us to cover it favorably or at all. We do not currently run affiliate links, sponsored posts or paid placements, and no coverage on this site has been paid for by a third party. If that ever changes, we will say so on this page and label the coverage itself.

How We Work

Every article is checked against primary sources before it publishes, and a member of our team is accountable for what appears under their byline. Like most modern newsrooms, we use software tools across research, editing and production. When we get something wrong, we correct it and say so.

Who Writes For Us

Binge Rampage is written by a small team, and every article on this site carries the name of the writer responsible for it. Our full archive is attributed by writer rather than to a house byline, and each writer sticks to the same subjects, so the person covering a franchise is the person who has been following it.

R. Garrabrant is one of the founders of Binge Rampage and its editor-in-chief. He spent years in the television industry as a producer, director, writer and editor, and he produces the Binge Rampage videos across YouTube, TikTok and Facebook. He is a huge Marvel fan and the editor of the site’s MCU chronological cut. He has written more than 110 articles here, most often on Marvel, DC and comics, and editorial responsibility for Binge Rampage rests with him.

D. Garrabrant (Daelin Garrabrant) co-founded the Binge Rampage channel and has edited and produced most of its video output since, including scripted work that has drawn hundreds of millions of views. He has appeared on both Binge Rampage podcasts and hosted one alongside C. Tirado and C. Reyes. On the site he covers The Walking Dead universe week to week, across Dead City and Daryl Dixon, and the video game adaptations that come with it, from The Last of Us to Fallout. He plays the games he covers, and he follows sport just as closely.

C. Tirado (Christian Tirado) is an entertainment writer from the Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania. He has written more than 160 articles for Binge Rampage, covering Marvel, the Sheridan-verse, DC, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Stranger Things and The Walking Dead. He also appeared on “Binge Talk”, a Binge Rampage original podcast about movies and television. He follows the Knicks and the Chiefs, but the writing comes first.

C. Reyes (Camilo Reyes) is an entertainment writer from the Pocono Mountains. He has written more than 160 articles for Binge Rampage, covering DC, anime, Star Trek, Game of Thrones and the MonsterVerse. He also appeared on “Binge Talk”, the Binge Rampage original podcast about movies and television. Gaming is something he covers as well as something he does, and when he is not playing he is working through the next show to write about.

X. Veizi (Xhensila Veizi) is a model and an actress who has worked in radio and television for years, and she is Binge Rampage’s staff photographer, shooting the site’s event coverage and cutting its photo and video montages for social. She writes about the big shared universes here, with fifty one articles across Marvel, The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, The Boys, Star Wars and DC. She is also a committed binge watcher, and once worked through the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe in about a month.
